Welcome to the Fazaa app by Abdulrahman Suleiman Abdulrahman Al-Masri Operation and Maintenance Company, dedicated to providing hourly residential and commercial cleaning services within cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using this app or completing any booking through it, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions. You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. Effective Date: January 1, 2026.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes or claims arising from the use of this app shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Saudi courts. Arabic is the language of contract and dispute.

Country of Establishment and Applicable Law

Abdulrahman Suleiman Abdulrahman Al-Masri Operation and Maintenance Company is registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and all operations and services provided through this app are subject to Saudi Arabian laws.

Age Requirements

Use of this app or completing any booking through it is not permitted for individuals under the age of 18. By using this app, you confirm that you are of legal age to use the services provided.

Payments and Accepted Cards

All displayed prices are final and include VAT. Payment is required in advance through available electronic payment methods. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways to protect your financial information.

Retention of Transaction Records

The cardholder is responsible for retaining copies of payment receipts, transaction records, and related terms and policies when completing transactions through the app. The company is not responsible for any errors in information provided by the user.

Account Confidentiality

Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, and the company is not liable for any unauthorized use resulting from user negligence. The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration.

Intellectual Property Rights

All app rights and content are reserved to the company. Copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the app is prohibited. Trademarks and logos are the property of the company.

Liability Limits

Services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. The maximum liability of the company is limited to the value of the paid service. The company is not responsible for any indirect damages.

Service Termination

The company reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts at any time. In case of termination due to user violation, the company may retain payments.

Quality Standards and Guarantee

We are committed to specified quality standards. Customers may refuse service if it does not meet specifications. If service is unsatisfactory, we offer a free additional service provided you report within 24 hours. All service providers are trained and certified.

Safety and Security

All service providers undergo security screening and are insured. We comply with Saudi professional safety standards. Customers may request service provider identification. Customers are responsible for securing valuable items (cash, jewelry, documents).

Dispute Resolution

Complaints are submitted through the app or customer service, with response within 48 business hours. We prefer resolving disputes amicably through mediation first. If amicable solutions fail, disputes are referred to Saudi courts.

User Acknowledgments

By using the app, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all policies, agree to comply with them, and commit to providing accurate information, not misusing the service, respecting service providers, and paying dues on time.

Modifications and Updates

The company reserves the right to modify terms without prior notice. Users are notified of changes through the app. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of modifications. Updates become effective from the date of publication.
