Cancellation & Modification Policy
Customer Cancellation:
• 24+ hours before service: 100% refund to wallet
• 12-24 hours before service: 50% refund to wallet
• Less than 12 hours: No refund
• After service provider arrival: No refund
Booking Modifications:
• Free rescheduling available 12+ hours before service
• Rescheduling within 12 hours may incur fees
• Service type cannot be changed after confirmation
Company Cancellation:
• Full refund in case of cancellation by us
• Cancellation reasons may include: emergencies, security concerns, or service provider unavailability
Note: Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension or advance payment requirements for future orders.
