Refund Policy

Refund Cases:

• Service cancellation by the company

• Service provider no-show at the agreed time

• Service provided does not match agreed specifications

Refund Process:

• Refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of service

• Request is reviewed within 3-5 business days

• Refund is issued via original payment method within 14 days (or 10-45 business days depending on bank)

Non-Refundable Cases:

• Schedule change agreed by customer

• Dissatisfaction unrelated to agreed service quality

• Customer cancellation after service provider arrival

For incomplete services, partial refund is calculated based on unused time.
